¿Cómo utilizar las bicis?

Coger una bici

- Identifíquese poniendo su tarjeta de Abonado de Larga Duración sobre el lector de tarjetas o introduciendo su código de Abonado de Corta Duración.
- Introduzca su código PIN.
- Acceda al menú « Retirar una bicicleta ».
- Seleccione su bici.
- Diríjase a su bici y desbloquéela. Tiene 1 minuto para realizar la operación.
- ¡Qué disfrute de un buen paseo!

Devolver una bici

- Encajar la bicicleta a un Punto de anclaje.
- Verificar que se ilumina el testigo luminoso del Punto de anclaje ubicado en el ángulo inferior de la misma y que el sistema emite un doble “Bip” sonoro que confirma que se ha devuelto correctamente. Si la bicicleta ha quedado mal anclada, el sistema emitirá un "BIP" sonoro intermitente de manera continua, hasta que se encaje correctamente la bicicleta.
- Si es así, ha enganchado bien la bici. En caso contrario, intente de nuevo acoplar la bici en el Punto de anclaje.

Cuidado: Si su bici queda mal enganchada, el sistema seguirá contando que usted continúa utilizándola. Si se encuentra con algún problema al enganchar su bicicleta, puede contactar con nosotros en el 902 01 10 32.

Puntos de recogida o entrega

Los Puntos de anclaje

En cada Área de Aparcamiento, aparte de un Punto Interactivo, encontrará Puntos de enganche. Su número depende de la ubicación, del entorno y de la frecuencia de utilización que tenga el servicio en este punto.
El Punto de anclaje está diseñado para bloquear o desbloquear las bicicletas, dependiendo de su elección. Cuando entregue una bicicleta, un testigo luminoso le indicará si la ha enganchado bien

El Punto Interactivo principal

A través del Punto Interactivo, usted podrá efectuar varias operaciones:
- Seleccionar y retirar una bicicleta.
- Adquirir un abono de Corta Duración (abono semanal), con su correspondiente justificante.
- Adquirir un justificante impreso del trayecto realizado
- Informarse sobre el modo de empleo y demás cuestiones generales sobre el servicio.
- Consultar en un plano los puntos de recogida o entrega más cercanos.
- Recargar su cuenta con su tarjeta de crédito.
En su diseño, se ha incluido una pantalla y un programa que permite que sea muy fácil seguir las instrucciones y llegar al punto en el que pueda seleccionar su elección

Presentación de los puntos de recogida o entrega

Siempre encontrará un Área de aparcamiento cerca (para entrega o recogida de bicicletas). En total, habrá 250 repartidos por toda la ciudad con una distancia entre ellos de 300 metros aproximadamente.
Cada Área de Aparcamiento está formada por un elemento interactivo, a través del cual podrá darse de alta en el servicio, seleccionar la bicicleta a retirar, etc. y varios puntos de anclaje que bloquean o desbloquean las bicis.
El Sistema le permite coger una bicicleta en cualquier Área de Aparcamiento de la ciudad y devolverla en cualquier otro.
Este sistema está diseñado para estar en funcionamiento de manera ininterrumpida los 7 días de la semana, las 24 horas del día.

El Abono de Corta Duración (7 días)

Importe semanal de alta en el Sistema: 5 Euros
Primeros 30 minutos de uso: Gratuitos
1ª hora (transcurridos los 30 min. gratuitos): 1 Euro
2ª hora y siguientes (transcurridos los 30 min. gratuitos): 2 Euros

El Abono de Larga Duración (1 año)

Importe anual de alta en el Sistema: 10 Euros
Primeros 30 minutos de uso: Gratuitos
1ª (transcurridos los 30 min. gratuitos): 0,50 Euros
2ª (transcurridos los 30 min. gratuitos): 1 Euro

How to use the bikes?
Take a bike
- Identify Subscriber putting your card on the Long Duration card reader or by entering its code short-term subscriptions.

Return a bike

- Fit the bike to an anchor point.

- If so, it has hooked the bike. Otherwise, try again to attach the bike at the anchor point.

Caution: If your bike is poorly attached, the system will keep telling you continue using it. If you encounter any problems when engaging your bike, please contact us on 902 01 10 32.
